Our YAK Chew sticks originated in the Himalayas and we’re traditionally made for human consumption, they are still widely eaten by Himalayan people and their dogs.
Made from a mix of skimmed Yak and Cow milk combined with very small amounts of lime juice and salt to coagulate the milk; they are then compressed into blocks and smoke dried for 28 days to give the develop their unique flavour.
